I began coaching with Mindy because for years I have been trying to figure out, "What do I want to do?" and have tried therapy, workshops, self-help books, and various self-help modalities as well as prayer. I believe prayer led me to Mindy Leishman. Because of her coaching, I no longer have a fractured relationship with my mother and I am more authentic in my interactions with others - mindful of others feelings but speaking my truth and at peace with doing so instead of the fret and worry I would normally have. And as for the question of what to do, I now know that I want to focus on my creativity in whatever form it takes. I don't need to see the whole picture. All I have to do is take an action step and as I continue taking action after action, my soul will be fulfilled. I don't know where this journey will take me but I am open to the experiences. This is what Mindy Leishman Coaching has done for me.
